This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use FieldWork, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices you have. By using the product you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

FieldWork is operated by HIVIZ LLC ("HIVIZ", "we", "us"). FieldWork is the software application available at app.buildonlineliveoffline.com. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at christian@weareansel.com.

What we collect

Information you give us:

• Account and email. When you sign in we use a passwordless magic link and one-time code, so we store your email address and basic account records.
• Chat inputs and AI outputs. The messages you type into the tools and the content those tools generate, including conversations, content pieces, workshops, and YouTube plans.
• Founder and brand profile inputs. The details you provide about you, your business, your offer, and your brand.
• Uploads. Images and other files you add to a tool.
• Lead-capture emails. If you opt in through a free front-door tool, the email and any details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, device and browser information, and log data such as timestamps and pages requested.
• Cookies used only for authentication and session, plus a cookie that remembers your light or dark theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels.

How we use your information

• To provide the product: authenticate you, run the tools, and save your work so you can return to it.
• To generate the outputs you ask for, which requires sending your inputs to the AI providers named below.
• To operate our customer relationship management and, where you opted in, to follow up about the product.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, debug problems, and meet legal obligations.

AI processing

FieldWork uses artificial intelligence to generate text and images. When you use an AI feature, the inputs you provide are sent to Anthropic and to OpenAI so they can produce the output. We rely on those providers only to generate your output. We do not authorize them to train their models on your data beyond whatever their own terms of service state, and you should review those providers' terms for the current position.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Treat it as a draft to review, not as final or authoritative advice.

Subprocessors

We share data with the following service providers so the product can run:

• Supabase, for the database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel, for application hosting.
• Anthropic, for AI text generation.
• OpenAI, for AI text and image generation.
• GoHighLevel and HIVIZ, for our customer relationship management of leads.
• Google Fonts, served from Google, which may receive your IP address when a page loads a font.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management and a single preference cookie for your light or dark theme. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking pixels. If you block essential cookies you may not be able to sign in.

Data retention

We keep your account data and the content you create for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the product. We keep lead-capture records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your data as described below, subject to obligations that require us to retain certain records.

Security

We protect data in transit with encryption and restrict access to systems and data through access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information. We honor these requests regardless of location where we reasonably can. To exercise any right, email us at christian@weareansel.com.

California residents (CCPA)

• The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your data.
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

EU and UK residents (GDPR)

• The right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
• Our lawful bases for processing are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the product, and the performance of our contract with you.
• If you are in the EU or UK, note that your data may be processed in the United States, where our providers operate.

Children

FieldWork is not intended for children. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and in no case under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the product after an update means you accept the revised policy.
